Rum Drink Recipes

Gordian Mule

  • 1-1/2 to 2 ounces of Gordian Knot
  • 3 ounces of Q Ginger beer
  • 3 dashes of orange bitters
  • There are other types of bitters, but the orange works well with the rum

Forget Me Knot

This is a martini that girls tend to like. It’s like a Cosmo.

  • 2 ounces Gordian Knot
  • 1 ounce of Cointreau
  • .50 ounces of St. Germaine
  • 2 dashes of orange bitters

Shake it up good, drop two Bada Bing cherries into the bottom of the martini glass and pour into the glass

Gordian Knot Cafe

The rum is great in coffee. But here is a coffee drink everyone likes.

  • 1 part coffee
  • 1 part Gordian Knot Rum
  • 1/2 part creme of coconut.

I typically do 2 ounces rum and 2 ounces coffee and a 1/2 of creme of coconut. Serve it over ice. It’s crazy good. It’s kind of like a tropical Baileys and coffee.

DRINK NAME?

  • 2 ounces Gordian Knot Rum
  • 4 ounces pineapple juice
  • 1 ounce orange juice
  • 1 ounce creme of Coconut.

Shake it up and server it over rocks.

Knot Chocolate

  • 1 cup half and half or whole milk
  • Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup quality chocolate pieces
  • 2 ounces Gordian Knot

Boil 1 cup half and half or whole milk with a couple drops of vanilla extract, remove from the heat and stir in 1/4 cup quality chocolate pieces until melted. Then pour a shot of Gordian Knot Reserve Rum into two mugs, and divide the hot chocolate between the mugs. Stir well and top with marshmallows or whipped cream. Gordian Knot Chocolate…the best defense against cold nights and kids asking how long ‘til Christmas.
